Taxis are available at the Goetheplatz, directly opposite the main entrance of the hotel. You can also pre-order a taxi via our front desk staff.

Please be so kind to leave your room by 11:00 a.m. at last on the day of departure. If you like to leave later, please contact reception to check availability. We can care for your luggage after your Check-out and store it in our luggage room for free. To speed up Check-out in the morning, we offer you to settle your bill the evening before.
Children 12 years and younger can stay with us free of charge in an extra bed of the parents' room. For children from 13 years on as well as adults we provide extra beds at the rate of € 45,00 per person and night.
Our reception staff will inform you about the current service schedules. The Protestant church "St. Peter and Paul" (“Herderkirche”), as well as the Catholic church "Herz Jesu” are within walking distance (5-10 minutes) from the hotel.

For your fitness and physical training our fitness room on the ground floor dispose of various sports equipment, such as treadmill, bike and stepper. The gym is daily open from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The reception will gladly accept your order and provide you with a vase, if needed.

You have forgotten your reading glasses? You can borrow several glasses at the reception.

Choose your favorite magazines from a diverse selection of digital publications. Connect to www.sharemagazines.de/lesen via Wi-Fi. To do this, scan the corresponding QR code, which you can find on a display in your room or the hotel lobby. In the adjacent newspaper kiosk you will find daily print media for sale from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
There are limited parking places available at the rate of € 25.00 per car and night. You are welcome to use the valet parking service of our hotel for free (service according to availability). Please keep access routes for emergency vehicles clear and open.

In the basement you can relax in our Finnish sauna (85 ° C) and steam sauna (45 °). Our sauna area is open daily from 04:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Upon request, the saunas can be started earlier for you. It takes 30 minutes for warming up.
You could use our shoe cleaning machines on the floors opposite the lifts.

The penalty for smoking in non-smoking rooms is € 150,00.
Several snacks and drinks you get from minibar as well as in our coffee house, the Restaurant “Franz” and in our hotel bar, depending on the opening time.
